Readme for Exify 1.0

Command line utilty for setting the GRAFX:Width, GRAFX:Height, EXIF:Flash and EXIF:Date attributes on files.
ixusdownload 2.6 will set those attributes, but you might want to set them on photos downloaded with earlier versions.
